What we collect
- Your email address (visible only to the club admin) and the display name and handle you choose.
- Holdings and transactions you choose to enter in your tracker.
- Posts, comments, likes, and follows.
- Basic security records: sign-in events and a one-way hash of the IP address used when you accepted these documents.
What we never collect: exchange logins or API keys, wallet addresses, seed phrases, real names (unless you choose to use one), payment details, or government ID.
Who can see your portfolio: only you, unless you choose to share it. Sharing settings control exactly which details other members see. The admin cannot view private portfolios in the app.
How it's protected: data is stored on AWS in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to the app and the admin. Holdings are protected by access controls rather than field-level encryption.
Email: we send account and membership emails only. No marketing, and we never sell or share your data.
Your choices: you can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.
